Dilemmas and Countermeasures in Cultivating the Legal Literacy of Preschool Education Majors

The healthy growth of children requires high-quality preschool education. High-quality preschool education requires preschool education practitioners to respect and protect children's rights and teach in accordance with the law during the process of education and teaching. Improving the legal awareness of students majoring in preschool education is the key to ensuring the quality of education and children's rights and interests. At present, there are some problems in cultivating the legal literacy of students majoring in preschool education, such as the marginalization of relevant courses, fragmented legal knowledge, shortage of teachers in this field, and deviation in professional identity. These problems make it difficult for them to deal with educational disputes and industry transformation. Therefore, it is recommended to reconstruct the core legal curriculum system, precisely select legal regulations knowledge, integrate curriculum teaching with the qualification certificate examination, and incorporate legal knowledge into professional teaching and practice, so as to help students transform from "passively abiding by the law" to "actively applying the law" and lay a solid foundation for the rule of law in preschool education.
