This article focuses on the fundamental changes that artificial intelligence technology has brought to foreign language teaching models, content structures, and evaluation mechanisms, exploring how to develop curriculum reform plans that are suitable for the intelligent era. The research aims to analyze the logic behind how AI restructures key elements of foreign language teaching, proposing a course optimization path that balances technological empowerment with educational principles. The study finds that intelligent foreign language courses must move beyond traditional knowledge transmission frameworks to establish dynamic knowledge graphs and adaptive learning systems, thereby achieving intelligent matching of teaching resources and precise control of the learning process. The value of this research lies in providing an integrated technical framework for educational institutions, promoting a balanced human-machine collaboration, driving the development of foreign language education towards personalization and ubiquity, and offering theoretical support for the digital transformation of education.
