Research on the Construction and Practical Path of a Clean Education System in Universities in the New Era

In the context of the New Era, the construction of a clean education system in Universities is crucial to fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and ensuring the healthy development of higher education. At present, Universities still face certain integrity risks in power-concentrated fields including scientific research fund management, infrastructure bidding, student enrollment and admission, and professional title evaluation and recruitment. Student cadres also present problems such as insufficient awareness of standardized power exercise. Based on the perspective of ideological and political education, this study systematically explains the connotation, characteristics and practical dilemmas of clean education in Universities, integrates historical resources such as Sun Yat-sen’s thought on clean governance and Zhou Enlai’s spirit as well as local experience such as Zhejiang regional culture, and constructs a systematic clean education system for Universities from five dimensions: educational philosophy, curriculum design, practical carriers, supervision mechanisms and evaluation systems. On this basis, practical paths are put forward including deepening content construction, innovating educational carriers, strengthening subject coordination and improving institutional safeguards, so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for clean education in Universities in the New Era.
