Integration of Legal Theory into Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities: A Study of Teaching Practices

In the context of comprehensively advancing the rule of law, integrating legal theory into the teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities has become an important measure to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. This paper systematically explores the theoretical logic, core requirements, and implementation strategies for integrating legal theory into ideological and political courses from three dimensions: value guidance, principle adherence, and path innovation. It aims to construct a cultivation system that combines both morality and the rule of law, providing theoretical support for the cultivation of socialist legal talents.
