Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels' translation thoughts are grounded in practical philosophy, highlighting that translation is a social practical activity that integrates the subject and the object. Existing research has made headway in constructing theoretical frameworks. In the future, it is imperative to further conduct critical explorations based on practical philosophy, micro-level text-based empirical studies, analyses of regional acceptance mechanisms, and investigations into the integration of technological applications. This ideological system is concretely manifested in four practical dimensions of translation: scientificity creativity, communicativeness, and historicity. It offers systematic theoretical guidance for the international publicity translation . The contemporary practical approaches proposed herein include the full play of the translator's subjectivity, the coordinated optimization of the communication system, and the adoption of precise communication strategies, thus deepening the holistic understanding of international publicity translation.
